In celebration of World Environment Day 2024, the YALI Somalia Chapter organized impactful Tree Planting Campaigns in collaboration with high school and university students on the outskirts of Mogadishu town. This initiative aimed to empower youth to take leadership roles in environmental conservation and contribute to a greener, cleaner, and more sustainable future for Somalia.
The campaign brought together passionate young individuals committed to tackling climate challenges and fostering environmental stewardship in their communities.
Key Achievements of the Campaign:

This initiative not only focused on tree planting but also provided participants with hands-on experience in environmental leadership, emphasizing the importance of proactive involvement in combating climate change and promoting ecological resilience.
