We are proud to announce our successful participation in the first-ever YALI Giving Day, where we secured valuable donations for our Youth for Inclusive Peace project. These contributions will be instrumental in empowering Somali youth with the necessary resources, skills, and opportunities to become proactive agents of peace and social cohesion in their communities.

Our chapter had the unique honor of being selected out of 14 YALI Alumni Chapters across East and Central Africa to represent the region at YALI Giving Day. Along with three other chapters representing different regions of Africa, we proudly stood as one of the top-performing chapters, securing the highest number of donations. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the leadership, commitment, and hard work we consistently demonstrate as a chapter to advance meaningful change in Somalia.

Through this initiative, we aim to foster inclusive dialogue, leadership development, and capacity-building efforts, enabling young Somalis to actively contribute to peacebuilding and conflict resolution across the country.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our supporters and donors who believe in our mission and have contributed to making a tangible difference in the lives of Somali youth. Your unwavering support fuels our efforts to create a more peaceful and inclusive Somalia.
